Vestry Minutes - January 2010.
Present: Astrid Storm,Vicar,Nancy Mahoney,Angelo Giamo, Vicki Kolb,Troy Graves-Abe, Edie Palm,Lithgow Osborne,Larry Johnson, Dale Cunningham, George Hemroth, Diane Levitt„Warden, Paul Conrad, Geg Citarella, Organist.
I. The meeting opened with prayer by Astrid.
II. Approval of December minutes.Motion to approve-Larry. Second-Lithgowe.Approved by all.
III.Welcome new members: Diane Levitt,George Hemroth,Angelo Giamo.They will be welcomed officially at the annual meeting. New vestry orientation sheet reviewed.Servant keeper hand -out reviewed.Paul to donate fire-proof safe.1 million dollar liability coverage insurance on counters discussed by Larry.By-laws read by members.
IV. Old Business:
Boiler update: Will re-prepare for location,bids, and diocesean funding.Target Date-next year. Howie will meet Effron for annual cleanig 1/11/2010 and obtain receipt for efficiency.
2010 budget Update:
Budget proposal reviewed:
Paul would like a larger break-down for more details of budget.Motion to approve-Paul. Second-Lithgowe. Approved by all.
V. New Business:
a.roof party to be held after Easter.
b.letter of thanks to Michael Rebic and M. Meyer of Canopy Roofing.
c.Old roof slates to be presented to Rebic and Meyer.
V. Reports:
a. Vicar-Lent I- second service begins. (9-9:30 am)
B. Warden-Troy thanked everyone for their support.
c.Music-Choir number up. Caroling party successful.
d.Buildings and ground report to be e-mailed.
